I'm a 25 year old currently living in the rural Scottish Borders. I work in my creative family business, and in my spare time enjoy practicing yoga, modern calligraphy, and embroidery. I have also recently started trying to learn Danish! (Hej!)
Although this blog initially started as a way to record my fitness progress, it has developed further and become more of a lifestyle blog where I can share my thoughts, adventures, share snapshots from my life and discuss my interests and hobbies.
I am also passionate about history, having previously studied archaeology at University, and enjoy travelling and discovering new places. This ain't no bikini blog though - I can't sit still enough on a beach to get a tan. I much prefer getting out into the waves or soaking up the local history. Of course, you don't always need to visit a different country for a fantastic trip, I fully support the staycation and in 2017 I aim on trying to visit as many new places in Britain that I can.
I named the blog '10k to Where' as the journey started when I took on the 10km London leg of the 2015 Nike Women's Race Series, and it inspired me to keep going - who knows where I'll end up or what challenges I'll take on?
I hope this blog inspires you to explore new places or take up new hobbies. Feel free to leave a comment or follow me on social media!
